These Terms & Conditions govern use of the public Jivalabs website. They do not replace the separate proposal, statement of work, development agreement, consulting agreement or other contract that may govern services provided by Jivalabs d.o.o. to a client.

2. Purpose of this website
This website provides information about Jivalabs, our capabilities, services, projects and ways of working. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a client relationship, binding offer, warranty or commitment to deliver a particular service.
3. Client work and separate agreements
Software development, consulting, integrations, agency cooperation and other professional services are agreed separately. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual-property arrangements, confidentiality, support and other project-specific terms are defined in the applicable written agreement or accepted proposal.
If there is any conflict between this website and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails for that engagement.
4. Contact and meeting requests
You may contact us or request a meeting through the methods made available on the website. Submitting a form or booking request does not oblige either party to enter into a commercial relationship.
5. Acceptable use
You may browse and link to public pages for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with normal operation, bypass security measures, impersonate Jivalabs, or use automated access in a way that materially disrupts the website or its infrastructure.
